A balancing act

A balancing act

Hello to a brand New Year. I must admit I had a very quiet New Years Eve, and you will be disappointed to know I went to bed early…. Oh Well maybe next year I’ll stay up late !!!! It has become much cooler today in the South-West and so I ventured into the studio to do a little catch up work. I must admit I wasnt in there long. I did not handle any clay and did not even put on my apron. BUT I did finish some pieces that I had been working on and as you will see by the photos, once again my mate Mr. Masking Tape came to the rescue to hold everything together for drying. Next on my list of “to do” jobs will be some wall tiles. I am going to do them all in one batch I hope. I do not have a slab roller unless I can inviegle my way into the local college, if not I have to do them all one by one, where as at the college I can do at least four at a time, so much easier, I will have to ask permission of course, so I will let you know. I can’t get back into the studio now until Saturday as I’m working elsewhere for three days. Nevertheless, I will keep you posted…….
